CCA1000 semi-automatic turning in machine

This-semi automaticgluing in machine has double operation area and can be used for broad size gluing. First a paper sheet is glued by means of a group of a rotating glue rollers. Then the paper sheet is located on the working table provided with air suction system. At last the cardboard is positionned on the glued paper sheet to be glued. The machine is easily to be operated and ajusted and is suitable for processing various book cases.

The machine is used to execute the turning in and calendering works around the semi-finished book cases. The turning in and calendering working cycles for various products ( bookcases, files, photo album, etc... ) are automatically accomplished one after another through photo-electric sensors and a programmable controller. Special bristles brush roller and adjustable rubber calender roller are employed, so various covering materials can be processed on this machine. It has the advantage of turning in four sides tightly and neatly.
